In 2009, Complete Aluminum successfully completed a major project at the Renaissance. The job consisted of the removal, sealing, reinstallation and final sealing of all windows in this 16 story, 244 unit residential building. The job was completed expeditiously, professionally and to our complete satisfaction.
To complete the job, it was necessary for the work crews to enter each residence. The Association office received very few complaints about the manner in which the workers conducted themselves and/or the work performed. In those few cases where there were issues, Complete Aluminum worked to resolve them to the satisfaction of both the resident and the Association. The Renaissance I Association can, with all confidence, recommend Complete Aluminum for any job of this nature.
