Sansovino is a 10 story condominium on the beach in Venice. This past summer (2012) we contracted with Slider Engineering to generate a complete set of specifications for the minor reconstruction and painting of the building and to monitor the work thru the projects completion. Complete Aluminum was awarded the competitive contract in June 2012.

The project consisted of minor repairs to the concrete and stucco and painting of three (3) sides of the building including the walkway railings and the stairwell floors.

All work performed was of excellent quality and met all engineering expectations. Any areas questioned by the engineer were promptly addressed with little or no discussion. The work crew were polite and well mannered and were accommodating to the residents. Complete management was onboard and readily available for discussion. Required change orders for the concrete/stucco work as well as those requested by the Board were handled quickly with little discussion. The project was essentially completed on schedule taking into account our Florida summer weather.

All in all the Sansovino Board of Governors is very satisfied with the outcome of this project and would not hesitate to contract with Complete Aluminum for future projects.
