I am writing this letter to you as a recommendation for the services provided by Complete General Contracting. For the past few years, I have worked hand in hand with Mike Ryan (Operations Manager), Don Hennegar (General Manager) and Joe Dirienzi (Project Manager) to assist us with numerous services including Window, Slider and Door Replacement, Carport Roof Replacement and Window wall redesign and install. At no one time have they failed me, and they have always been on time (unless supply chain issues were involved), making them a reliable partner to us.
My first engagement with Complete was on a project of replacing Windows. Sliders and Doors). The company brought along good expertise regarding product knowledge and installation. Joe D. and Don H. were instrumental in helping with delays and issues caused by the manufacturer and made themselves always available to myself if I had any questions or issues. Unfortunately, in today’s climate it is very difficult with suppliers and manufacturers.
As I have stated they have Completed multiple projects for me, and I will continue to source them for future projects when there is need.
